When I started in 2010 I knew nothing other than that I wanted to be in real estate. Then after years of reading books, online trainings,  weekend courses, coaching with uninterested coaches, and dozens of false starts, setbacks, and stress - that finally I figured out how to streamline and scale my business. Eventually growing from our modest portfolio of 1...to our current portfolio of 16 apartments (and still growing)! 

Today, a lot of local investors seek me out for guidance when investing in central Nova Scotia, but I've come to appreciate that the strategies, tools and processes that help clients locally can be applied in other areas to help investors streamline their businesses and allow them to work less, earn more, and most importantly gain the freedom that they were searching for when they purchased their first real estate investment.
